All dips tubs are between 175 and 200 grs. They are sold chilled and must be refrigerated best enjoyed by COB Tuesday

Classic Hummous Dip

VE/GF - Chickpeas, fresh garlic and lemon juice, cumin, SESAME paste and extra virgin olive oil.  

Artichoke Hummous Dip

Grilled Peppers Hummous Dip

Mutabal (Aubergine) Dip

Lentils 'Transformer' Dip

with carnalised onions

Lamb Tagine

Slow-cooked diced lamb with carrots, chickpeas, peppers, onions, garlic, almonds, dates and amazing spices. Best enjoyed with couscous. 

Vegan Tagine

Roasted butternut squash, carrots, chickpeas, green fava beans, peppers, onions, garlic, almonds, dates and amazing spices. Best enjoyed with couscous. 

Vegetarian Lasagna

My signature lasagna rich with authentic Italian flavours and homemade béchamel & passata. 

Kofta & Potatoes

Deliciously seasoned minced beef kofta with roasted baby potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions and garlic in a rich tomato sauce. Best enjoyed with vermicelli rice. 

Chicken Rice with Roasted Nuts

Very rich rice cooked with chicken stock and succulent chicken pieces (deboned) and topped with roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios and pine nuts.

Roast Turkey

Succulent deboned roasted turkey drumsticks & thighs with roasted baby potatoes, carrots, turnips, mushrooms and brussels sprouts with super rich homemade gravy.  

Loubieh Bilahme (Green Beans)

Super fine green beans with minced beef & lamb in tomato & pomegranate sauce with carrots, onions and garlic. Best enjoyed with vermicelli rice.

Fridays from 8 am to 2 pm  - to the following areas only: Aylestone, Oadby, Wigston, Glen Parva, Blaby, New Lubbesthorpe, Kirby Muxloe, Burbage, Enderby, Hinckley, Earl Shilton, Market Bosworth, Atherstone, Polesworth, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Loughborough, Quorn, Chillwell, Beeston & Ruddington. Please note that as I will be in Markets, there will be no delivery on Fridays October 31 and Nov 21


Saturdays or Sundays afternoon to areas near the weekend markets I am at on these days.
