• "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using our Site or Services.

Hani's Kitchen offers catering services, event catering, personal chef services, and meal preparation, food products as well as other related services. Our Services may be provided to both individuals and businesses.

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by the ordering and checkout process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not misuse our website, including but not limited to interfering with the website's operation, uploading malicious software, or violating any applicable laws.

• Catering Bookings: All bookings for catering must be made through by phone, or by email as per the timelines specified on the Catering page on the Site. Bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
• Shop Orders: All orders for our products available in the 'Shop' section of the Site  must be made through Site's Shop and checkout process. Orders are automatically confirmed once online payment has been approved, unless you are notified otherwise.
• Cancellation and Refunds - Catering: Catering bookings may be cancelled within 14 days  of ordering unless the catering event is in 7 days or less for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee or might not be refundable. 
• Cancellation and Refunds - Shop Orders: Shop Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of ordering unless delivery or collection is in 3 days or less a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of delivery or collection will incur a cancellation fee or might not be refundable. 
• Collections: Services due for collection MUS be collected as per the order confirmation or as otherwise agreed in writing, otherwise they will be discard with no refund issued. 
• Returns: For hygiene reasons, we can't offer returns for any of our Services.

• All prices for our Services are subject to change and will be confirmed during the booking process.
• Payments can be made online via credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer
• Full payment is required in advance for all orders of our Services. 

• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Clients must review Ingredients of the Services and products that they are buying from us and inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences at the time of booking. Ingredients can be food here
• Quality: Clients must adhere to the information and guidelines provided on the Site for storing the products we sell and follow the use by information. This information can be found here.
• Venue Access and Equipment: Clients must ensure that our staff has access to the venue, kitchen facilities, and any necessary equipment as required for the preparation and serving of food for events.
• Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to client actions (e.g., changes in guest count, last-minute requests) may result in extra charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedumic Limited (Hani's Kitchen) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services. 

We are also not responsible for any allergies, food sensitivities, or other health-related issues that may arise from the consumption of our food.
