HOW IT WORKS

THE MEALS

COLLECT or DELIVERY

SELECT YOUR MEAL

From September, I will prepare fresh  3-course homemade meals.  These meals are a perfect balance protein, carbs, veg, fibre and healthy fats.  


The meal will mainly include a starter/salad (350ml box), main (500ml box), side (500ml box), and a dessert (350ml box). 


On most days there will be a meat option as well as a vegetarian or  pescatarian option.

You will be able to choose and pay online for your meals  in advance as per the below schedule.  


ORDER EARLY! 

As it is real home cooking, there are only around 20 meals/portions available each day. Last chance to order your meal will be 6 AM (MORNING) on meal day.


 All meals can be enjoyed on the day or up to two days after.  


 This generous meal portion can be enough for two light eaters.

When booking your meal, you can choose to:


- Collect on the day from my kitchen in Aylestone, Leicester from 3:30 to 6 pm

 

- Delivered from 6:30 to 8:00 pm to LE2, LE18 & LE19 addresses only.  


All meals are prepared fresh on the day and will need just a minute or two to heat in the microwave.

All meals are available in two sizes:


Full 3-course Meal (large main & side, starter & dessert) - £21.95


Medium main & side only - £10.95  

Meals Menu

Stuffed Peppers & Brownies Meal

Starter - Hummous

My much loved hummous prepared from scratch (from dried chickpeas never canned) with extra flavour and unique texture topped with extra virgin olive oil. [350ml box]

Main Options

Stuffed peppers– Fresh bell peppers stuffed with either a mix of rice and minced meat OR a mix of rice, spinach, chickpeas and crushed walnuts gently cooked in a lemony tomato sauce on a bed of sliced courgettes and garlic gloves. [2 pepper box] 

Side - Vegetable fritters

Baked not fried fritters with a mix of courgette, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and eggs. [2 pieces 3’’x 3’’ each]

Dessert - Fudge Brownies

Simply euphoric Belgian chocolate brownies with a fudgy centre and a dulce de leche drizzle. [4 pieces 1’’x 1’’ bites]

Stir Fry Noodles & Mango Coconut Pudding Meal

Starter - Chinese Salad

Crunchy Chinese cabbage thinly sliced with grated carrots, red pepper, sweet corn, spring onions and sesame seeds with a coriander lime sweet chilli dressing. [350ml box]  

Main Options

Stir fry noodles – A delicious mix of vegetables stir-fried egg noodles and your choice of succulent chicken thighs OR mushrooms. [750ml box] 

Side - Spring Rolls

My full-of-flavour spring rolls are baked with an amazing crunch and healthier option served with a lime sweet chilli dip . [2 pieces x 4’’ each]

Dessert - Mango Coconut Pudding

Creamy pudding with mango pulp and coconut milk topped with crushed shortbread biscuits and a small chocolate Easter egg. [350ml box]

Tuscan Chicken or Shrimps & Cinnamon Rolls Meal

Starter - Pesto Salad

A fresh mix of rocket leaves, baby spinach, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red pepper with roasted pumpkin seeds and a pesto dressing. [350ml box]

Main Options

Tuscan chicken or shrimps – Your choice of diced chicken breast ORjumbo shrimps simmering in a creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and baby spinach leaves. [500ml box]

Side - Organic Pasta

Nothing except a portion of organic pasta can complement this amazing dish. [500ml box]

Dessert - Cinnamon Rolls

Spongy cinnamon rolls topped with roasted pecan nuts. [One 3’’ piece] 

Pea Carrot Stew & Basque Cheesecake Meall

Starter - Yoghurt Salad

My variation of the traditional tzatziki with diced cucumbers, red peppers, spring onions and fresh mint and extra virgin olive oil. [350ml box]

Main Options

Pea carrot stew – Traditionally an everyday Lebanese dish, peas, carrots, sweet corn are cooked in a delicious thick tomato sauce with your choice of diced beef OR chickpeas and roasted cauliflower. [500ml box] 

Side - Vermicelli rice

Long grain rice with roasted vermicelli and a hint of butter for an extra flavour. [500ml box]

Dessert - Basque Cheesecake

Much desired Basque cheesecake, bake with a brownish top and a hint of lemon. [3’’x 3’’x 3’’ piece]

Lasagna & Tiramisu Meal

Starter - Italian Salad

A fresh, crisp mix dressed with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. [350ml box]  

Main Options

Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna – My take on the much-loved lasagna is made with freshly prepared béchamel, passata sauce, minced meat OR grilled courgette and lentils for a rich homemade taste. [750ml box] 

Side - Freshly baked Focaccia

Freshly baked, aromatic, soft, and full of flavour with cherry tomato, broccoli and onions. [4’’x4’’ piece]

Dessert - Tiramisu

My much-loved classic dessert to finish the meal on a sweet note. [3’’x 3’’x 3’’ piece]

Rice Chicken or Lentils & Baklava Meal

Starter - Cabbage & red beets Salad

A fresh, crisp and very thinly sliced white cabbage with red beets, sweet corn and a mint, lemon and extra virgin olive oil dress. [350ml box]

Main Options

Chicken rice with roasted nuts – Tender chicken thighs and legs, slowly cooked with delicious condiments. The chicken stock is then used to cook the rich rice and the whole dish is topped with golden cashews, almonds and pine nuts. [750ml box]


Mjadra – This delicious traditional Lebanese dish is made with green lentils and rice and topped with delicious, caramelised onions and roasted nuts (an extra twist from Hani’s Kitchen).  [750ml box]

Side - Freshly baked Swirls

Cheese & turkey puff pastry swirls (with Chicken main) or Cheese puff pastry swirls (with Mjadra), crispy and simply delicious! [4 pcs]

Dessert - Baklava

My walnut baklava is like no other, light and full of taste much-loved classic dessert to finish the meal on a sweet note. [4 pcs]

Lamb or Vegetarian Tagine & Namoura Meal

Starter - Hmiss Inspired Salad

My version of the Algerian ‘Hmiss’ salad is roasted peppers, tomatoes, olives, fresh rocket, and baby spinach leaves with extra virgin olive oil. [350ml box]

Main Options

Lamb or vegetarian tagine – An amazing blend of vegetables with chickpeas, almonds, dates and your choice of slow-cooked diced lamb OR roasted butternut squash simmering in the  delicious aromas of this North Africa dish. [500ml box] 

Side - Couscous

Steamed and buttered couscous with extra virgin olive oil. [500ml box]

Dessert - Namoura / Basbousa

The best finish for this meal is the traditional semolina dessert namoura or basbousa topped with almonds and drenched (not too much) with honey and sugar syrup infused with rose and orange blossom water. [2 pieces 3’’x 3’’ each]

Chicken or Sea Bass & Carrot Cake Meal

Starter - Artichoke Salad

A wonderful mix of artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions, roasted sunflower and lettuce with a honey mustard dressing. [350ml box]

Main Options

Roast chicken – Slow roasted chicken thighs with crispy skins drenched with a wonderful lemon garlic sauce. [ 3 thighs box]
 

Grilled sea bass – Oven grilled sea bass drenched with a coriander lemon garlic sauce [2 steaks box] 

Side - Roasted Potatoes & Carrots

Roasted baby potatoes and carrots with aromatic spices. [750ml box with the chicken or sea bass] 

Dessert - Carrot Cake

My signature carrot cake is unlike any you’ve ever tasted, full of flavour and walnuts, and topped with a zesty cream cheese frosting. [3’’x 3’’x 3’’ piece]
